A small effort was put in this year into raising money for the Bolt Fund. Without a full understanding of what satisfactory funds for a year of outdoor development meant, there were no real monetary goals. We sold shirts and raised money. My initial, impression of the money we raised was that it was sufficient, but after very few bolting trips funds were depleted. This year was a good starting point and it gives us great insight into what challenge the Bolt Fund project would have for us in years to come.
