ABOUT

Climb Philippines is made up of Filipino climbers who share in the mission of growing sport climbing in the country.

This website, for the most part, is a hobby of Ina Flores-Pahati. But over the years, fellow climbers have generously volunteered their time and effort to help out in various projects, allowing Climb Philippines to embark on more initiatives and humbly grow its contributions. Maraming salamat sa inyo (thank you very much), you know who you are!
 
Climb Philippines also partners with prime movers of the sport in the country. These are a mix of gym owners/managers, climbing instructors, route-setters, national athletes, or simply the most active climbers in their regions. 

Outside of the country, we are also affiliated with Spot Climbers.
We honestly don't have an official group shot, but these events do showcase how our little community can come together :)
A few more tidbits:
  • We are based in Metro Manila.
  • We are not yet a formal, goverment-registered entity. 
  • In the meantime, we hope that our track record of existing projects inspires you enough to become more involved. We try to be as transparent as we can.
  • Needless to say, all proceeds from our fund-raising activities and all cash donations received are not-for-profit.
  • We welcome ANY KIND of help. Drop us a message if you have suggestions, ideas for collaboration, or feedback on how we can do things better!
